Welcome, thank you all for the opportunity to express a truly amazing personal experience with one of the most interesting and exciting restaurants I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. First, let me give you a brief personal background about myself. My name is Caleb W. I am a digital media-marketing specialist with a passion for technology and great food. Being an avid cook and someone who truly loves the kitchen atmosphere and the dining experience, Kres Chophouse excels at every level one could expect. Kres has a very prestigious reputation in the Orlando food and wine community as being one of the best restaurants in Orlando.
From the moment I spotted the iconic downtown Orlando location I was filled with excitement. Upon entering the door I was greeted with nothing but excellent service from the hostess staff. They escorted me over to a private table and on the way I couldn’t help admire the luxurious furniture and decorations. The atmosphere was like none other, each subtle part made the whole experience one cohesive theme. After I finished observing all the details that make Kres unique I was greeted with a friendly hello from the owner and GM. It was instantly clear that the excellence in staff and business values show from the top down. The group of us had a meeting for about 30 – 45 minutes discussing new strategies to implement in there digital marking campaign, it wasn’t long after our meeting that I was generously asked to attend the staff exclusive wine tasting event in house that same day. I couldn’t help but say yes with excitement.
This was a bit of a shock to me because I was rather unsure of what I had gotten myself into. I had never heard of a restaurant having its staff partake in a tasting process. This showed me yet again the level of detail Kres Chophouse pays attention to. Before the tasting I couldn’t help but ask one of them what the purpose of this was, I was curious if it was more of a social event or actual hands on. The answer was outstanding; to better educate themselves on the best selections to help the guests. I sat at a very large table with members of the staff tasting and discussing numerous different wines and champagnes for over two hours.
They took into account every minor detail looking at potential food selections narrowed down to each bottle. Each person was allowed to express their opinions of pros and cons regarding each and input was always welcome. No wrong answer in a friendly environment truly allowed for a hands-on inside peek learning experience that I will never forget. I couldn’t have been luckier to have partaken in such a special selection process. I would personally recommend dining at Kres Chophouse the best restaurant in Orlando. You will have a once in a lifetime experience with out of this world flavors from top-notch food and wine.
